Meditation Mini Retreat

Begin the year with 10 days of Meditation. Learn to Meditate, Reignite your Practice, and Take Refuge in the Sangha. No experience necessary. 

This mini-retreat is based on the 10-day Vipassana (Insight) Retreat. We will be studying Buddhist Meditation techniques, and building a seated meditation practice, all with ample time for movement between sessions. All props provided.
