Join this class to help balance and heal your energy! Led by Reverend Missy Luna and Nate Kopf, this Chakra Shadow Work workshop will help you understand the chakras and where balance is needed. This class will help you understand the shadow self, while lovingly embracing this part of the self. Using movement, meditation, sound, Reiki, and hypnosis, you’ll journey through the chakras, releasing what no longer serves you and awakening to the light within.
